Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your CloudVise subscription at any time through:
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access until then.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term, unless you request immediate cancellation with a pro-rated refund.
Free Trial: You can cancel anytime during your trial without being charged.
What Happens After Cancellation
Once your subscription is cancelled and expires:
Your account will be downgraded to a free tier (if available)
Data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate
After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
You can export your data before cancellation through your account dashboard
Immediate Cancellation
If you need immediate cancellation (before your billing cycle ends):
Contact support at hello@cloudvise.io explaining your situation
We will review your request and may provide a pro-rated refund
Emergency cancellations are processed within 24 hours
Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time:
Log into your account and go to Settings > Billing
Choose your desired plan and payment method
If within 30 days of cancellation, your data will be restored
After 30 days, you'll start with a fresh account
Account Termination by CloudVise
We may terminate accounts in the following cases:
Violation of our Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of fees after 30 days
Abuse of our service or infrastructure
In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and data may be immediately deleted.
