Refund Policy

At CloudVise, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer the following refund options:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with CloudVise within 14 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund.
  • Pro-rated Refunds: For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we provide pro-rated refunds for unused months.
  • Service Issues: If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that affect your usage, we may provide credits or partial refunds.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding charges or service:

  2. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
  3. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to our management team
  4. For payment disputes, you may also contact your payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based charges after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Third-party service integrations or add-ons
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
